This page explains what information Vivlyn may collect, how it may be used, and how to contact us. Vivlyn is an educational symptom-organization tool, not medical care.
Plain-language privacy promise: Vivlyn should be configured so symptom answers, quiz responses, result categories, names, and email addresses are not sent to Meta, Google Ads, or similar ad platforms. The current website files do not intentionally include Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager.
Information we may collect
- First name or nickname, if submitted
- Email address
- State, if submitted
- Quiz result category, top focus areas, and safety flag, depending on the final form setup
- Quiz answers or form responses, if they are captured through the website form setup or ActiveCampaign
- Contact form messages and support requests
- Purchase and download information handled by Payhip and its payment providers
- Basic website information such as page visits, browser/device information, and UTM campaign parameters when used for site testing or campaign attribution
How we use information
- To show or save your quiz result
- To send your result summary when you ask for it
- To connect your quiz result with the correct Vivlyn Clarity Kit
- To provide support for access, download, wrong-kit, or checkout issues
- To send Vivlyn updates only when you opt in to updates
- To improve the website, quiz flow, product experience, and customer support process
Where information may be stored
Vivlyn is hosted on Netlify. Quiz or form submissions may be captured through Netlify Forms and may also be sent to ActiveCampaign for email automation. Purchase information is handled by Payhip and its payment providers. Vivlyn should not receive full payment card numbers.
Sharing and service providers
Vivlyn may use service providers for website hosting, form handling, email delivery, checkout, payment processing, file delivery, customer support, and basic site operations. These providers should only use information to help provide their services to Vivlyn.
Advertising and analytics
At launch, these website files do not include Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other external ad-tracking code. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, they should be configured carefully so health-related quiz answers, symptom selections, result categories, names, and email addresses are not passed into ad platforms.
