Plain-language privacy promise: Vivlyn is designed to keep health-related quiz details out of ad platforms. Vivlyn does not intentionally send quiz answers, symptom details, result categories, names, emails, purchase details, or Payhip customer information to Google Ads.
Information we may collect
- First name or nickname, if submitted
- Email address
- Consent and communication preferences
- Quiz result route or routing code used to deliver the correct result page
- Contact form messages or support requests
- Purchase and download information handled by Payhip and its payment providers
- Basic website and advertising measurement information, such as page activity, device/browser information, and conversion events
Vivlyn is intended not to send raw quiz answers, symptom details, result categories, names, emails, Payhip customer details, payment information, or order details to Google Ads.

- To send your result summary when you ask for it
- To connect your quiz result with the correct Vivlyn Clarity Kit
- To provide support for access, download, wrong-kit, or checkout issues
- To send Vivlyn updates only when you opt in to updates
- To improve the website, quiz flow, product experience, and customer support process
Where information may be stored
Vivlyn is hosted on Netlify. Quiz lead submissions may be captured through Netlify Forms and may be sent to ActiveCampaign for email delivery and follow-up. Purchases are handled by Payhip and its payment providers. Vivlyn does not receive full payment card numbers.
Sharing and service providers
Vivlyn may use service providers for website hosting, form handling, email delivery, checkout, payment processing, file delivery, customer support, advertising measurement, and basic site operations. These providers should only use information as needed to provide their services to Vivlyn.
Advertising and analytics
Vivlyn may use Google Ads tracking to understand whether our ads lead to basic funnel actions, such as quiz starts, quiz completions, email submissions, offer views, purchase-button clicks, and completed purchases.
These Google Ads events are configured to avoid sending names, email addresses, quiz answers, symptom details, result categories, product-specific health information, Payhip customer details, payment information, order IDs, or transaction details.
Vivlyn does not use enhanced conversions, automatic user-provided data, Customer Match, or remarketing audiences for this funnel unless this Privacy Policy is updated.
Google and other service providers may process basic technical information, such as browser, device, page, and event information, to provide measurement and advertising services. Vivlyn’s intent is to use this only for privacy-conscious conversion measurement and not to share health-related quiz details with ad platforms.

You can contact Vivlyn to request access, correction, deletion, or support with your information by emailing contact@meetvivlyn.com.
