Vivlyn is designed to keep health-related quiz information separate from advertising and newsletter systems.
Your quiz and kit
The quiz calculates a suggested focus in your browser. You do not need to provide an email address to see a result or download a kit. Quiz answers are not included in our newsletter requests or measurement events. Result pages and PDFs are public resources, not private medical records. Do not enter private notes into the website.
The Vivlyn Brief
When you choose to join, we send your email address, an optional first name if provided, and a general signup source to Beehiiv to manage your subscription and welcome email. We do not send quiz answers, result categories, or kit types to Beehiiv. Beehiiv may process email delivery, opening, and click activity. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.
Website measurement
We count general actions such as starting or completing the quiz, clicking a kit download, and requesting a newsletter subscription. These events go to our Netlify hosting service without email addresses, quiz answers, result categories, kit names, page titles, or full URLs in the event payload. Temporary browser storage limits repeat counts; it does not store quiz answers. This version does not load an advertising tag.
Netlify processes technical request information to host the site, and operational logs may include technical information such as IP addresses. General event counts are approximate, not a count of unique people. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional event measurement.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to general pages such as our homepage, publication information, and newsletter signup page. It is not loaded on the quiz, result pages, Clarity Kit pages, individual health articles, individual tools, or downloads. We send a general page label and a clean page address without query strings or incoming page addresses. We do not send email addresses, quiz answers, symptom information, result categories, or kit selections to Google Analytics. Advertising features and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled.
Google processes technical information such as browser and device details to provide analytics. Counts cover consenting visitors on eligible pages only, so they do not represent every visit. General campaign labels may identify Instagram, Facebook, Google, newsletter, or partner links. Choose “No thanks” to keep Google Analytics off, or use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Contact and your choices
Contact messages are used to respond to your request. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email contact@meetvivlyn.com. Please do not send urgent medical information through email or a website form.
Vivlyn Visit Prep
Visit Prep assembles questions in your browser using fixed editorial templates. Your topic, goals, and notes are not sent to Vivlyn, Google, Beehiiv, or other services, and are not stored by the tool. Reloading or leaving the page clears them. This page does not load analytics or advertising trackers. Standard hosting requests still occur when you open the page, but do not contain your selections or notes.
Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser’s print options. If you choose to join The Vivlyn Brief, the separate signup sends your email address, consent, and a generic resource signup source through our existing newsletter service. It does not include your Visit Prep.
